Cancellation Policy
Advance appointment is mandatory for root touch up services. Please arrive 10 minutes early for consultation and shade matching. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals may lead to rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings. Any of the professional brands (L’Oréal, Wella, or Schwarzkopf) will be used based on colour availability and suitability. Final shade selection will be confirmed after professional consultation to ensure the best results.
